Ban Pak Nai's fisherman village Is a village in Na Muen District. 96 kms from the provincial town along the Nan - Wiang Sa - Na Noi route to Ban Pak Nai. It is the lakeside fishery village upstream from Sirikit Dam. Here, a boat trip along the Nan River to Sirikit dam is available for sight – seeing for scenic views like mountains, cataracts, floating houses, fishermen ‘s way of life, and various kind of fresh water fish. Accommodation is also available.
Pha Chu
Is a high cliff in Tambon Sisaket at Sri Nan National Park about 20 kms to the South of Nan provincial town. With a flag erected on top and a rope hanging down to the foot of the cliff the flag rope here is a very long one. Guesthouses for visitors are also available here.

White Water Rafting on Nam Wa River
The Nam Wa River is situated amidst the mixed forest of the Mae Charim national Park. Therefore, white water rafting in the area is one of the most adventurous activities, the exciting rapids ranging more than a hundred from grade 1 to 5.

Tai Lue Tribe Village
Situated at Ban Nong Bua, Pa Kha Sub – District, this village is accessible by driving along Highway 1080 for 40 kms to Amphoe Tha Wang Pha, then further to Ban Nong Bua for another 3 kms. Here, the famous Nam Lai hand–woven fabric is produced. Almost every household in this village own a loom by which the villagers weave fabric for there household use and also for sale. Products made from the villager’s hand-woven cloth include skirts blouses and tube skirts. All are produced for sale by a group of farmers housewives.
Wat Nong Bua
Located at Nong Bua village, the Wat was build in 1862 during King Rama IV ‘s time by Thai Lue people who migrated from Sib Song Pan Na Province in South China. The assembly hall of Wat Nong Bua is the traditional architectural style of Lanna Thai. It is believed that the murals were painted in 1867. It took 21 years and was completed in 1888. Everything about the hall is must simpler than that of Wat Phumin.

Sila Phet Waterfall
This is regarded as a most beautiful waterfall, located in Tambon Sila Phet, Amphoe Pua.
Doi Phu Kha National Park
Is in a high mountain range in Pua District, Bo Klua District and Mae Charim District in Nan. The apex of Doi Phu Kha is 1,980 meters above sea level. The park has lovely scenery with various trees and plants in abundance. Furthermore, there are several nice waterfalls and caves such as Ton Tong Waterfall and Pha Khong Cave, ideal for nature lovers.
Pa Klang Hilltribe Development and Assistance Village
Located at Tambon Silalaeng, about 69 kms from the provincial town, Pa Klang is a village of Meo, Yao and Thin hilltribes. After uprising by the communist insurgents in Nan in 1968, the tribes were separately settled. They retained their former lifestyles producing beautiful handicrafts for sale to visitors.
